Job Title: Principal Financial Management Specialist – ref: adb/11/158
Required Qualification
1) Master’s degree or its university comparable in accounting, business, finance, economics or similar course with an accounting certificate like cpa, ca, acca or comparable
2) Minimum of 6years significant experience
3) Must have good knowledge of international financial reporting standards, international public sector accounting standards and
international standards on auditing
4)Good oral and written english and French communication skills
5) Should have experience in designing and assessing internal control systems and procedures using internationally accepted control
frameworks like coso with the ability to assess such systems and recommend remedial action where necessary
6) Must be proficient in the use of bank standard software
